Refund Policy

Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy stated above.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days prior to check-in.
  • Eligible refunds will be initiated from our end within a reasonable timeframe; however, it may take 2–4 weeks for the amount to reflect in your account. This depends on your bank's processing time and credit card billing cycle.

The final refund amount will be subject to:

  • The applicable cancellation charges
  • Timing of cancellation
  • Bank charges and payment gateway fees

In cases where a reservation is not successfully confirmed, no charges will be levied. Any amount held or blocked will be released immediately from our end. However, the time taken for the amount to reflect back in your account may still be up to 2–4 weeks, depending on your bank.
