Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our reservations team.

• Any cancellation received within 15 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival will attract 100% retention charges for the entire stay.
• In case of a No-Show (guest does not arrive without prior notice), the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be applicable.

For cancellations made outside the above-mentioned period, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any applicable bank charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative costs.

Please note that amendments to bookings (including date changes) will be treated as cancellations and may be subject to the above policy.

All disputes arising out of bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
